At Bayou Breeze Laundry, we are committed to providing high-quality laundry services. If you are not satisfied with your service, you may request a refund under the following terms:

Eligibility

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 2 days (48 hours) of service completion.

  • Refunds apply only to the specific service or order that did not meet your expectations.

How to Request a Refund

Processing Refunds

  • Once your request is verified, we will process the refund within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

Limitations

  • Refunds do not apply to damages caused by pre-existing garment issues or items lost/damaged due to customer negligence.

  • Discounts, promotions, or subscription fees may be non-refundable unless the service was not performed.
