  • Orders are confirmed after payment or deposit is received.

  • Cancellation or rescheduling must be requested at least 12 hours before the scheduled pickup to avoid a fee.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices are listed per bag, subscription plan, or service as shown on the website.

  • Payment deposit must be completed at the time of booking via our secure payment system & the remaining balance after service 

  • Additional charges may apply for extra bags, special requests, or mobile pickup if not included in the plan.

4. Service Limitations

  • Bayou Breeze Laundry is not responsible for pre-existing damage or stains on garments.

  • While we take all precautions, we are not liable for accidental damage during the cleaning process unless caused by negligence.

5. Subscriptions

  • Subscription plans are billed automatically according to the plan selected.

  • Customers may cancel subscriptions at any time following the cancellation policy.

  • Discounts and promotions may vary and are subject to change.

6. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued at the discretion of Bayou Breeze Laundry for unsatisfactory services, returned items, or billing errors.

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 2 days of service completion.
